A human rights report stated on Sunday that the Houthis and Saleh forces have committed 85 human rights violations against the civilians in Ibb governorate, central Yemen last December.
The report, which was conducted by Rasd Human Rights Organization, pointed out that the violations included the killing, killing attempt and robbing public and private properties.
The violations included 11 murder crimes, two of which were execution cases, a torture to death case, and two assassinations, according to the report.
The report added that the Houthi and allied militants also kidnapped 47 persons and tortured them in prisons, one of them even lost his mind under the brutal torture.
The report also mentioned 9 cases of storming and looting public institutions and civilians' houses, in addition to 3 cases of robbing lands.
